Instructions to make Pachi pulusu:
- Soak tamarind for 30 mins
- Roast peanuts
- Grind peanuts, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, soaked tamarind, jaggery.
- Prepare tadka by keeping oil in the pan, once the oil heats, add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle, add red chiili, curry leaves.
- In the tadka add the grinded mixture, add water and raw sliced onion. You can have pachhi pulusu with rice.

Pachi Pulusu is typically served as a side dish for Mudda Pappu Annam (rice mixed with plain cooked lentils) and its beauty lies in its simplicity.
