  2. drain some oil
  3. add onion & garlic: fry for 2-3 mins
  4. add muchroom till soft
  5. start boiling pasta
  6. add creme fraiche. Reduce heat and stir occasionaly
  7. once creame fraiche starts to bubble add cheese (parmesan + cheddar)
  8. once cheese melted add parsley
  9. add salt and peper to taste if chicken wasnt seasoned
  10. allow sauce to cook well
  11. drain pasta but leave some water in the pan with pasta
  12. mix sauce & pasta
  13. cook over low heat for few minutes
