  2. Take 6 tbsp desiccated coconut powder
  3. Prepare 4 tbsp milk powder

  6. Take 2 tsp khus khus
  7. Get 3 tsp mix dryfruits grated
  8. Prepare 1 pinch elaichi powder
  9. Get 3-4 drops yellow food colour
  10. Get 5-6 tsp lukewarm milk
Steps to make Chocolate Coconut Delight,:
  1. Take 2 pkts of oreo biscuits, remove white colour cream with help of knife from all chocolate biscuits. Now roughly break all biscuits and grind in mixi to make smooth powder, if needed strain in strainer.
  2. Now add 1 tsp sugar powder, 2 tsp milk powder, mix well, now add 1 tsp ghee, 2 - 3 tsp milk to make semi soft dough, make sure add milk gradually as needed. Keep aside chocolate dough.
  3. Take white creams of biscuits, add elaichi powder, grated dryfruits, 2 tsp milk powder, 1 tsp sugar powder, 6 tbsp desiccated coconut powder, yellow food colour, mix well, add gradually milk to make semi soft dough.Make this dough as a roll. Keep aside.
  4. Take a aluminium foil or plastic sheet, grease it with ghee. Take chocolate dough, make a big ball, press it, put one aluminium foil on it, now make a big roti with the help of rolling pin, roll it little thick nit so thin as a roti.
  5. Remove upper side of aluminium foil, put yellow roll at the end of chocolate roti, now with the help of downward aluminium foil, make roll, tight and slowly till end, make tight roll, now sprinkle khuskhus to all sides of roll, cover properly with aluminium and keep it in fridge for at least 3 hours to set..
  6. Once it set, take out from fridge, remove aluminium foil, cut it very finely..
