Once oil is hot reduce to medium. Dip the vadas in the batter and coat from all sides. Fry until golden brown and crisp from all sides. Slit the pav from center. Apply the green chutney on both sides of the pav and spread some dry garlic chutney inside. Place one vada in each pav.

- Tips: 1.)The batter has to be thick for the coating of vadas. Please don't add too much water. 2.)You can also use bread roll or slices if the pav is not available.
