Steps to make Methi sabji:
  1. Take fenugreek leaves and wash throughly. Wash moong dal and keep for soaking for 5 minuets.
  2. Make green chilli and garlic paste in the mixture.
  3. Add oil in a hot pan. Add green chilli garlic paste. Add fenugreek leaves and soaked moong dal. Salt to taste. Little water and let it cook for 10-15 mins.
  4. Ready!

Sprouted Dana Methi Sabzi- The golden tiny seed of fenugreek is packed with nutrients. This aloo methi sabji is a dry sabji with potato & fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves along with dry spices.
