  1. Prepare 1 cup chenna dal
  2. Make ready 3-4 Boiled colacasia
  3. Get 2 green chillies
  4. Prepare leaves Few curry
  5. Take leaves some coriander
  6. Take 1 inch Ginger
  7. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Colacasia Vada:
  1. Soak chenna Dal for 8 hours.
  2. Grind the chenna Dal to form thick paste.
  3. Boil the colacasia in pressure cooker upto 2 whistles
  4. Peel off the skin from colasia and make into paste
  5. Slice 1 onion, pinch of ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies.
  6. Mix everything together and add salt to taste.
  7. Put a pan on the stove, pour oil onto it, once the oil heats keep it in medium flame, take the above chenna dal paste, shape into vada, pour into oil, flip 2 sides, fry until it becomes brown.
  8. Once it becomes brown take into plate, garnish with raw onion, coriander leaves and serve hot.
