- Wash toor dal properly
- Combine the dal and water in pressure cooker
- Add 1 tomato,2 green chilli, peanut,turmeric powder
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Mash dal to smooth consistency add water
- Take a bowl combine wheat flour, garm flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder, cumin powder, carom seeds,coriander leaves, salt to taste and oil.
- Mix well make sure all the spices are mixed well.
- Add water as required kneed well to make a semi soft chapathi dough.
- Dough is reddy now rest it for 10 min.
- Divide dough in 2 equal parts dust little flour and roll it out in thin circle.
- Cut the chapathi in midium diamond shape.
- Take a large kadhai put oil add mustard seeds, finely chopped garlic, ginger paste,cumin seeds saute it for a min. Add hing,curry leaves, dry red chillies,turmeric powder, coriander leaves, chopped tomato.
- Cook it on medium flame till the tomatoes become soft.
- Add cooked dal and mix well adjust the consistency of the dal
- Add salt according to taste, and add jaggery.
- Once the dal starts boiling add dhokli in dal and give a good mix.
- Now cover the kadhai and let it get boiled for 10-15 min till the dhokli cooked completely.
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve it hot.
