- Grind together leftover boiled moong dal, wheat flour and milk and make a smooth paste..

- In a bowl add jaggery and water. stir well till jaggery totally disolves in water.

- Add baking soda and mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry all the Malpuas till golden brwon from both the sides.
- Keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes to cool.
- Drizzle with Maple/chocolate syrup and serve
