Instructions to make Turkey Gravy:
  1. Place giblets &neck into pan with onion &celery &pepper &gravy mix.
  2. Pour broth over gravy mix
  3. Over medium low heat simmer 30 minutes
  4. Remove turkey liver & discard
  5. Simmer 2&1/2 more hours
  6. Remove giblets &discard &neck
  7. Strain into pain removing all vegetables
  8. When turkey is done, pour drippings into pan not fat.
  9. Whisk in flour,and milk til smooth into stock.
  10. Simmer til done & consistency is desired.
