- Take a pan. Add milk to it. Bring the milk to a boil. Let it boil nicely and aggressively. Keep stirring. Add sugar and stir again. Let it cook for sometime.
- Add powdered almonds to the boiling milk, stir and cook.
- Take custard powder and milk powder and add both of them to a cup of milk. Make a solution. Keep it aside.
- Add the prepared mix of custard and milk powder and stir. Make sure to keep stirring with one hand while you pour the mix with the other hand. Add little chopped dry fruits. Cook nicely for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add a few saffron strands to it. It adds a good flavour and colour to it. You will find it thickening as you stir. Boil it.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature. Then refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Your shake is ready to be served.
- Take it out in glasses. Garnish with dry fruits and serve cold.
