- Wait for them to cool down and then put in a container for storage

Serve the soup with a healthy drizzle of the tahini sauce, chickpea croutons, parsley and plenty of salt and pepper to. Croutons that are homemade with fresh bread are a thousand times better than storebought, and they're so easy to prepare.
