  1. Heat a pan, melt the ghee.add broken nuts, grated carrot and sugar.when the sugar melts, carrot becomes soft and cooked.remove from heat.
  2. Mix the custard powder with a little cold milk and make a fine paste.
  3. Heat milk,add custard paste,cook it on low heat till it becomes thick, then add condensed milk.stir it on low heat or double boiling system.
  4. When it becomes thick,remove from heat.add vanila essance.mix it well.
  5. Place the carrot and Nuts mix in the pudding mould.transfer the custard into it.keep it in the freezer 15 min.
  6. Decorate it with caramelized nuts, caramel mash & cherries.ready to serve.
