- Sift and mix dry ingredients maida(refined flour), whole wheat flour, Custard Powder, Baking powder and salt in a bowl. Keep aside
- Blend wet ingredients Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Apple cider vinegar, lukewarm Milk and melted ghee(or any flavourless oil) till smooth & creamy.
- Dust chopped cashew nuts, raisins and' dried cranberries with some flour(can be replaced with other nuts or tutty fruity).
- Now combine the wet mixture to the dry ingredients to make a smooth muffin batter. Add nuts/raisins too.
- Pour it into the muffin tray & top it with some more nuts and' bake it at 180°c for 20-25 mins. Insert the toothpick to check if it comes out clean means baked properly.
- Remove from tray & let it cool down. Enjoy this delicious small treat with your kids and' family!
