  1. Beat Sugar and Butter well until creamy. To this add Vanilla essence too.
  2. Now fold in the Flour and Custard powder both slowly, little by little. Make a smooth dough out of it. Set it aside until the Oven gets preheated on 180° for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal halves. Add Cocoa powder to one half for the Chocolate flavour. Leave the other half as it is.
  3. Make equal sized balls out of the dough. Press a bit in between your palms. Use a fork to give it a nice design. Arrange them all on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a fan assisted oven on the middle rack for about 18-20 minutes. Follow the same for the Chocolate flavoured ones too. Enjoy!
