- Take 500 gm Milk
- Take 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- Prepare 2 tbsp Custard powder
- Take as per taste Sugar
- Take 1 tbsp Sabja Seeds
- Take As needed Fruits (Apple, Bananas, Grapes etc.)
- Get 8-10 Soaked Almonds
- Get 1 tbsp Gulukand
Instructions to make Vermicelli Fruit Custard:
- And a pan add ghee and vermicelli and fry lightly on low flame until it becomes golden brown.After frying remove it in a bowl.
- In a pan add milk for boiling. When it starts boiling add fried vermicelli and sugar in it. Cook until it get thick.
- In a small bowl add half cup milk and 2tbsp custard powder.
- Mix it well ; no lumps should be there - Then add custard slurry in vermicelli milk. Cook it for 2-3mins. Turn off flame after 2-3 mins.
- Keep Vermicelli custard in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Add sabja seeds in water.
- After 2 hours remove it out from refrigerator. - Take serving bowl and add 1tbsp sabja seeds above that 4 spoon Vermicelli Custard. Then fruits, Almonds and gulukand. I made two layers like this.
- Garnish it with Apple.
