- Prepare 3 large crayfish or lobster
- Take 150 grams butter
- Make ready 3 clove garlic minced
- Get 5 tsp quality fish spice (I use robertsons)
- Get 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- Take 1 salt and pepper to taste

- Grill for about 5 minutes until cooked
- Add a few drop of lemon juice on the crayfish or lobster and serve
The half lobster (or crayfish as most Aussies call it) is barbequed and served hot from the grill with a side of chips and salad.
