  1. Make ready 250 gms Suran(elepphant's foot)
  2. Make ready 3 Big Tomatoes
  3. Get 3 tbsp Curd

  7. Take as needed Oil
  8. Make ready Few Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Suran Curry:
  1. Firstly wash and cut Suran in square shape(while cutting,put little Oil on hands,so that,it won't itch), then in a cooker boil to one whistle,with little salt and haldi.In same Cooker put Oil when heating,fry Suran pieces,till it's fry(little brown). then with remaining Oil put ginger/ginger garlic paste,add tomatoes puree, saute for few minutes,put all Spices add Suran pieces,stir for a while and now put Curd (blended Curd)
  2. Stir altogether for few minutes and cover the cooker for one whistle and keep the flame low for five minutes.
  3. Lastly garnish with coriander leaves and 1/2 kasuri methi, garam masala powder (Cream optional)and serve with hot chapati/ Steamed rice. It is rally yummy.
